Ulta beauty at the UTC in Sarasota, Florida is horrible. I do not give out my personal information including my phone number. Ever. In the past four years of living in this area I have been told, after being harassed for my information, that I cannot return anything at Ulta unless I give them my phone number. After reviewing their return policy this is a lie. They are fraudulent and they are lying to customers. The customer service at the UTC, Sarasota FL location has been despicable. They are rude and pushy. I cannot express my distain for this company. They blatantly lie and it’s shameful. Stay away from this company. They don’t deserve your business.
