I got my account blocked with no reason and it's impossible to get it back. I failed more times the recovery form as the questions are too in details. No possibility to get a phone support and by live chat they are too slow. If you have an urgency and you can't sign forget the possibility to sort out quickly. It's absolutely unreliable and, once I'll manage to transfer the remaining stuff on Gmail, I'll quit using it.

Awful product! I have a garmin fore runner. Takes so long to connect to GPS. GPS cuts out when running, u able to change music/podcast on certain occasions when running. Unable to dowload music over mobile data, have to be on Wi-Fi. Unable to update music over hotel wife or any wife that requires an email. Had occasions where I have down loaded the music/podcast gone on my run and the music is not available. Just not worth the money.

Capterra is a great platform to review different software programs and applications, notwithstanding, the fact that I do have to review a "review platform" in a different review platform says what is the biggest hurdle they have, must people choose Google My Bussiness or Trustpilot to offer a word about anything.

The new app update is HORRIBLE. I used to use this app everyday-was super easy to use and everything was laid out clearly. It’s hard to find what I’m looking for now and the blue or dark screens are awful. It hurts my eyes just looking at it. Not sure who thought this update was a good idea. I’m deleting the app and finding something new.

This company is horrible. I recent experienced fraud transactions on my account and I reported it the same day I noticed the transaction because I did not authorize them. I hear back from them denying my case saying I authorize the transactions. Wells Fargo is affiliated with Zelle a company. How do I send myself money from Zelle? Please explain that, it doesn’t make since. You can clearly see I don’t utilize Zelle and haven’t. The worse part is that they don’t have an appeal process to show proof I didn’t authorize that transaction. I will DELETE my account will not use Wells Fargo again. This is by far the worse experience.

I placed an order yesterday using my debt card, the charge for my purchase came out of my account like expected. Then an additional charge came out of my account for $80.88. I contacted Customer Service and the person I spoke said it was was due to the warranty being invoiced and shipped. I'm calling BS on that because all of should have been included in the purchase price on the original charge. He kept using the word "eventually" it would be returned to my account. I will NEVER make another purchase with this company as that seems shady, I've never experienced an extra charge from Dell when I have ordered from them.

On August 11th, I ordered a Dell Inspiron 16 plus. The delivery was done on October 13th. Everything seemed to work well at first and we felt satisfied with the computer. Towards the end of November, the touchpad started to show some problems and I thought that they were related to the software, drivers or the new Windows 11. Within a week only it was impossible to use the touchpad and thus the computer. Since I needed this computer for my university courses, I had to use a usb-cable mouse in the meantime. I tried contacting Dell but their contact in Québec were extremely difficult to find. I only got a hold of someone from Support Services in late December, and from their online chek-up they decided that the touchpad needs to be changed. On January 4th, somebody changed the touchpad and it worked fine for precisely one day. We then had several discussions and check-ups with Support Services. Changing from Windows 11 to Windows 10 solved the problem for one day only once more. Now they say they should change the motherboard. I disagree to disassemble and then reassemble the computer, changing piece by piece. Especially considering that this is just an attempt to solve the problem, they are unsure whether it would truly solve anything. So what kind of quality is this, ordering a brand new computer that has all these problems from the start that even the Dell Support Team can't solve properly? For that price and all these constant repairs? When I asked that they give me another computer that works fine, same model or different, they say it is not possible. I am so angry at Dell for all these inconveniences and poor quality product! What is this even? Where is the Dell that I used to trust all these years? And I used to recommend Dell to everyone... 🥺 I still expect an adequate solution from Dell, plus a compensation for all the stress and inconevniences caused. My univeristy classes are virtual again and I can't even use my new computer, that I paid full price directly from the website. Dell, please fix this. Give me what I ordered. A broken computer is not what I need.

This used to be a brilliant, free service full of wonderful content.Unfortunately ruined by corporate greed. I'm not paying for something that used to be free. It's not like they aren't making enough money from advertising scam productsI don't mind the occasional 5 second add but guess what? If you stick a 45 second ad at the start of a 3 minute video, I'm not gonna watch it.Putting an ad in the middle of a music video just ruins it.It seems the ads are getting longer and more frequent.I'm surprised more content providers aren't moving their stuff elsewhere.
