Chase was breached and it took a month for me to get the notification. They recommended that I contact Equifax,Experian and TransUnion. They offer a good program with a fee. Chase should be responsible for the expense of that program since there inadequate security allowed the breach. No help from Chase!!!

I would never recommend anyone use hotels.com. We missed our flight. Hotels.com said call the hotel. WeCalled the Grayson and they were willing to refund and reschedule our reservation however Hotels.com wouldn’t let them and were totally unhelpful despite what the hotel wanted to do. They are truly a disappointment to consumers and I would avoid them at all costs

Hermes lost my parcel and I had to wait over a month for them to admit it and refund me. Every time I tried to get a progress report from Nintendo a new customer service agent responded and each time it was obvious they hadn't read the previous exchange. Appalling customer support, terrible communication, I strongly advise you do not order from here.

Recently I tried to utilize the balance of a gift card from Macy's to make a purchase on line. I have used this card in store a couple of times and know what purchases I have a made. When I went to pay for my order I incorrectly entered the code wrong and Macy's has now locked my card and I cannot use it in store or online. As a senior citzen I am finding that we are taken advantage in many many ways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!After speaking to 3 different people I was told that the person who gave it to me is to provide me with their purchase receipt. Since I received the gift card over 6 months ago and the person and myself where in Maui the receipt of purchase for this gift card is not possible to provide. I am SOL!! I spoke to gift receipt department and the customer service department at Macy's and explained this and informed them of my last purchase and what store I made the transaction in and still the card is locked. It is now apparent that gift cards are an easy way for Macy's to make $$$$$ using fraudulent and/or bait and switch tactics to lock gift cards.I am canceling my credit card with Macy's and informing everyone I know of this matter to boycott Macy's No wonder Macy's is looking more and more like a five and dime store. Macy's made $99.00 off a senior citzen's today with no help or other type of offer to help resolve. #MACY'SRIPSOFFSENIORCITIZENS

My order dated November 26, 2021, was confirmed to be delivered December 3, 2021, today December 10, 2021 not received, talked to customer service (in INDIA ?) told me they promised December 10, 2021 (I told them I could fax their confirmation to them showing December 3, 2021) asked to speak with supervisor, was put on hold and disconnected. UPS cannot help me since I am not in their MyChoice. Buy anywhere else and try your luck MACY's is not a good option, pay more get more.

Well, as I write this review, I want you to know please do not deal with Capital One. It’s a rip off first of all the employees are rude and very disrespectful. I paid off 90% of my card. I always pay a month ahead of time and they still charge me a four dollar interest which I thought was not necessary. Everyone I spoke with told me that if I didn’t pay a whole ballot All except $30 I paid almost $300 if I didn’t pay the whole balance that I will be charging interest, which did not make sense to me. Once is for you has gone through. I won’t Capital One to pull those calls on April 26 all of them and listen to them and I want a response back from someone higher up Right now. This review stands as a unsatisfied customer and will try my best not to use Capital One cards as much as possible very disappointed customer. The customer I will not do so you know I’m very disappointed in capital one over four dollars and some change and look how much money you get from me each month.
