I've been a discogs user for the last couple years and while better deals can often be found on ebay, the database (contributed by users) and the searching ability are the gold standard. I've had overall very good experiences with sellers. Only twice was a seller late on a shipment or sent me something only incrementally in worse shape than the rating (most things I buy are <$10 so no big deal). Only once did a transaction drag our over months (a seller who seemed unable to ship properly yet who also worked at the post office!). My only ding would be due to the lower standard of support (for buyers) than for a site like ebay, but (as noted in by discogs staff in their responses here) paypal will almost always take care of refunding you if a seller won't.

Yelp offers no support to the businesses on the platform unless it’s for setting up paid advertising. I did one month of paid advertising, I believe I stopped it after the first month of spending nearly $1000 with no results. Recently, I received a negative review from a person I’ve never done business with. After about a week, Yelp responded that it was legitimate. I asked for another chance at getting it removed about 10 days ago, but no response yet. I did receive an email from a representative that mentioned the review, but hinted at paid advertising as well. I’d hate to think that paying for their services would make it easier to remove fake reviews, but honestly that would be on par with the rest of the lead-generation industry. Yelp creates an image of a ‘honest review platform’ with claims of fairness between consumers and businesses, but there’s sadly more success for small business owners that spend their marketing budget on something like Angi until they build a reputation on their own.

Hello, I believe that this Trustpilot service could be beneficial for financial authorities to source their cues on what to resolve the next. For instance, Scribd has continuously maintained its criminal record. In my case, I closed my account in November 2021. This move reflected in my payment history in December 2021 - no charge from them. However, I assume that they have employed their 'genius modern plan' of activating membership for everyone from their payments history afresh with the beginning of a new calendar year as I was charged again in January 2022. I needed to waste my time on visiting a branch of my bank to block them for further charging but somehow (allright, the next sounds more like a bank's mistake this time) I got charged again for February. Needles to say, I have not used their service since November 2021 when I opted out. I have also been aware that now I am on Scribd's bot target list for a generic answer, but if by any chance any of their humans reads this, I advise him to save his time on answering, I have put an eternal block on you.

Hello Door Dash, I'm a current Dasher!! Is there a way that you all can look into why customers aren't expected to give delivery dashers a tip? Here in Louisiana most Dashes range from $2.50-$5.00, then having to wait 30 plus minutes for the food to conclud with a 20 mile drive and no tip. Can you all lool into this please?

ordered crocs, shipped 2 days later, still no sight of them. it’s been nearly a month. i called customer service, they told me the crocs were still at the warehouse. texted a live agent who said the order is in transit. horrible customer service and it seems like no one knows what they’re doing there

Colbert and Trump as the daily headlines for 5 years straight, propaganda/rhetoric bots, mass censorship on user profiles through OpenWeb.It's time we realize that we don't honestly don't have to put up with communistic censorship or need companies like this who will stop at nothing to force you to comply to their will. Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered an XPS 15 and an XPS 13 9310 and received both no problem. I called the next day to order a $200 CDN drive on my line of credit and 15 calls later as well as providing all kinds of personal info they still had not reviewed the financial data. I called Amazon and ordered a blue ray drive from Amazon and got it in two days. I called back dell to cancel the order and after 5 more calls still not cancelled. I asked for a a DFS manager to call me so they did! At 5 am. I called back and asked for a call when I am awake. Still have not received the call.I asked to speak to customer retention - no such department. I asked to speak to their customer complaints dept -No such department.All I want is to cancel an order. The time involved, the lack of listening at Dell and so in is so significant, it is simply not worth the time and effort to do further business with this company. Which is sad as the product is pretty decent.On the bright side the desktop and laptop work well… technical support is not bad as for customer service for any issues you may have forget it…Good Luck

My substandard XPS 13 7390 2-in-1, Service Tag No. - 8RS63D3 and unresolved case no.145855663 When Dell tries to make Laptop as expensive as Apple and couldn't deliver the basic. within 10 days the screen shows issues, then the motherboard is replaced because of overheating issue. Now Dell says they again want to replace the parts. pathetic quality, no after-service. ZERO Recommendation for this sub-standard expensive piece of Junk. 9810229222. GO FOR APPLE, DELL IS DEADtheir so-called quality manager zahir and other staff don't even care.
