I thought I cancelled my subscription and the moment I got charged, I reach out to ask for cancellation and ask for a refund but they refused to refund me. Bad experience for being a client for years. I could have continued to be a paid client later on but after this experience, I will make sure to find alternatives.

I would give 0 stars if I could! I am furious! Order placed 10th, due date was18th. Despite multiple app chats, and extremely unhelpful agents, my order delivery date and order status has not changed since the 10th. I have been requesting assistance since the 19th, it's the 23rd today! One agent, Anshika even disconnected my chat, and all communication is now undeliverable. I also know from reading on social media platforms, many people have experienced the same!

WORSE BANK EVER!!! I been with them for 17 years and ive been trying to close my account for 2 weeks they wont close it cause its negative but they happily allow charges to go through making the account more negative and to top it off hit you with a $35 free every time. i keep getting the run around, been to the bank called the 1800 number they old me to go back to the bank then the bank told me to call the number no one wants to help by freezing the account. today i finally got hold of someone on the phone and in less than 5 mins account was frozen so no more charges. but im still sitting -$600. bunch of c##ts. if i had gotten this kinda help from day one id still have most of that 600 bucks.

The organizers were really well prepared, and managed the large numbers of visitors really well. Buses were comfortable and timely. Definitely worth one day to spend on the tour around Keukenhof and the windmills, especially mid-April. Very well organized!

Worst ever customer service! I bought 4 plates send to me in Copenhagen. One of them was broken at arrival. I took a photo immediately and contacted customer service. I was offered a replacement at no costs and with no ask for return of the broken plate. I accepted, but heard nothing back. After a while a new customer service employee comes back, mentions nothing about the first reply but offers a 15% refund for the “flaw”. Sorry but please wake up, a damaged plate is of no value to me so you offer me to pay a higher price for 3 plates? In the end the only “offer” I get is to send all the plates back - on my costs and on my own risk…. I have never experienced anything as bad on a webbased shop (there is no physical shop in DK). I will never shop with Anthropologie anymore and will recommend the same to customers who do not live in a country with a physical store to stop doing it unless you are ready to receive a very lousy service.
