I had lost my access to the password app due to a problem with my iPhone in which they had to reset it to the factory settings. I got in touch with the password app team and they helped me restore the app. Initially the information was there, but it wasn’t prompting the passwords and they were able to tell me what settings I had to tick on my phone in order to get it all back. I was very grateful as this is a very useful app and I have used it for many many years and was not looking forward to setting it all up again. It was really an iPhone issue, but they were able to help me and get everything back for me. A very good service
