1Password does not have a robot trying to understand your needs: it has instead a friendly and kind human staff ready to solve your problems. Very short time for answer/reply to your queries.. Not so common these days!The problems I've had (incorrect registration, made with 1Password.com instead of .eu) was managed and explained step-by-step by support team.I will test the new software now, at least for one year subscription.. but as I am a 1Password v.6 user since several years, I already know it's the best password manager in the market
