Talked with an Orlando of Members Resolution Team about the company policy to have the member at their car when being towed or serviced. While it may be AAA's policy I was able to call and receive service from my auto insurance carrier at no cost and was not required to be on site for the tow. I found out many of AAA's services are duplicate for emergency auto needs so everyone check your insurance policy!
