I had AAA ins for years in Michigan. It was all fine. Then we moved back to KS and after our first agent quit things went down hill. We managed to get a new agent but then i cldnt reach her. She left too. I called the nearest office in OP and wanted to increase my deductible a yr ago. That somehow precipitated the run around i got for an updated premium amount Long story short i sent my two annual premiums for home and auto. Two weeks later both annual premiums were deposited back into my bank acct. on 7/12/24 I received no notice of the cancellation or refund but i finally found out it was returned because they said my pmt was late but i had my bank pay the premium on 6/26. It was due 6/28 and it was kept for 2 full weeks before being returned. Then i got a bill for $99 for premium i owed. What? I dont understand why i owe u premium for ins u cancelled and didnt notify me of now a year later it was sent to collections and i have a major derogatory acct. very unhappy abt being treated badly
