Date of experience - all of Jan-March 2025Received a letter 28 days after my car insurance was expired. Never received one stating that it was going to expire soon. Because it was now 30 days lapsed without insurance, I would need to start a new policy and then pay for 6 months up front. Loyal customer for 15 years and they don't care. The agents I worked with were great, so this isn't about them, but I was pretty much forced to find insurance through another company. I canceled my membership with AAA and haven't received my reimbursement check after 2 weeks. I was told to wait until next Tuesday and if I still haven't received it, to call back. What?? If I open a new policy, membership, or need to make a payment, they want the money right now, but if I cancel, I have to wait 20 days? They don't care about loyal customers and they don't care if you've got groceries for tomorrow. Wow! Just Wow!
