Terrible experience todayClutch bit the dust (likely hydraulic system failure) in the middle of traffic. Tool me THRITY MINUTES to get in touch with AAA while I was being bombarded with silly text messages. I then resorted to phone calls fromm the same cell phone, only for the first two calls to be disconnected in the midst of the call - despite having all bars on the phone.Finally got in touch with them with the third phone call and then they asked me al kinds of wild questions, despite having my account number (entered it before rep came online) and seemingly having none of my personal information, despite my being a member for some 12 consecutive years.Breakdowns and accidents are distressing. Customers understandably need to get in touch with a REAL PERSON by directly calling the phone number on their card rather having to go through seemingly endless text messaging, phone calls and being asked for information AAA should already have.What an AWFUL experience this was!
