This is hard to believe but I had such a good experience. I’m almost glad my truck broke down El Dorado Hills, California Nick H (aka Nicolas the ridiculous) called me immediately and told me when he was coming. He was so kind, professional, and thoughtful-took wonderful care of my truck and me. I didn’t have a ride home and was planning on hiring an Uber, but he said that sometimes AAA covers that too ! So he talked with his management and they instructed him to take me home which was more than 10 miles away from where my truck was left for service.Wow, I am blown away and didn’t know that that was even possible… thank you AAA for going above and beyond the call of duty, and making a difficult night actually enjoyable.Thank you all for your kindness expertise, and giving such incredible service.
