Have paid for AAA for the last 34+ years. Have rarely ever needed the service but thought it would give us peace of mind having it. I wanted to cancel a few years back when they stranded my husband on the side of the road for 12 hours and never showed up. But we still continued with them. Yesterday I called. Not only do you not get a person but you have to do everything via text messaging. They went to the wrong address. I was literally stuck on the side of the road. Did not have an address for them but a location. First call they said they would be 1 and 1/2 hours. Second call they said they would be there in 5 minutes yet they did not speak English. They no showed. Third call said they would be there in 25 minutes... No show. Fourth call said they would be there in half hour. Finally after 4 hours sitting barely off the side of the highway they showed up. I am a female stuck on the side of main road with no air in Florida afternoon heat. Shame on you AAA for such horrible service and communication. We're done with you!!!!!
