I would give ZERO stars but it’s not an option. My son’s car broke down after getting stuck on a flooded road. At night. Called AAA and the robot said we would get a text when we were assigned a pick up driver. Waited 1 1/2 hours. Nothing. Called back and after several attempts, I got a real person. Was told that the company that was assigned couldn’t come out. Said it would be escalated to another company. A 1/2 hour went and nothing. Called again. Was told they still had no one available. I asked why they couldn’t have just called me back to let me know that no one was coming and they said they don’t do that, and that they would get someone as soon as they could. We waited on the side of the road from 8pm until after 11 pm. Called a towing company on our own and were helped within 20 minutes. I’ve been paying for AAA for over 30 years. I will not make the same choice again.
