Waited over 5 hours for a tow truck .My car was in my drive way and needed to be towed to my repair shop that is 6 miles away. I missed my appointment at the shop. I got several automated calls and excuses but no service. If my wife needed road side assistance at night on the side of the highway,would she get the same treatment?AAA IS A WASTE OF MONEY. I WILL NOT RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION NOR WILL FAMILY MEMBERS.
