I viewed Back yard tours featuring Camperdown on Thursday 17 th January 2025. The documentary portrayed a very limited insight into the true feel of Camperdown. No mention of many historical mansions on acreages, famous architect McCabe designed historical buildings, stone wall fences, botanical gardens, mount Leura & mount sugarloaf significance, the number of olympians from Camperdown in equestrian, bike riding, athletics, the place of western star butter, famous nursery that exported world wide, big family names who founded and built the strong Camperdown community as it stands today. The program was very disjointed. I don’t feel the journalist did her homework at all. Very poor.
