two sellers provided false and misleading tracking information, for items that they were never going to send. Trying to lodge complaints and get assistance was a joke. Spent 2 weeks fighting them, despite them admitting in writing to me having been given deliberately false and misleading information, they have to date refused to refund any monies owed to me. They are unable to obtain correct tracking information, because the sellers are according to them, after more than 2 weeks still not responding to there own requests for information. It is fraud to deliberately provide false information for the purpose of obtaining money from someone.
