The seller (Hawking Books, Edgewood, TX) sent us the wrong book. That wouldn't be a big deal, but we initiated a refund, wrote them a message, and never heard anything back. We followed the AbeBooks' return policy and mailed the book back. A week after it was delivered, there was still no action from them. We wrote to the seller again - and they kept on ignoring the messages. Then we wrote to AbeBooks customer support, and it was refunded within 4 or 5 days (but if the original shipping is $0, they will refund only the book price and not the return shipment, even though I sent a USPS receipt).
