Returned a t-shirt which cost £20.00 including postage. I only received a refund of £11.00 as they charged me £9.00 for return postage. Contacted customer services and they did refund the postage and also said that they sent me a code for 30% discount next time I order. I placed the order and the code only for 20% discount. After this event I placed another order online and my item was showing in stock. Waited for 2 days and received an email saying the item was out of stock and on back order. I was given the option to wait or cancel the order. Of course I cancelled. Now waiting for a refund. This company is in a serious mess. Don't waste your time.
