I also had the same horrible experience! I downloaded an article for a university exam and entered my details for the payment of 5.69 €. tonight I received notification of a payment for € 69.00, without my consent! I tried to call the phone number indicated several times but it appears to be non-existent! this is called fraud! i sent an email but i don't think i will receive the refund. if this does not happen, I am ready to report to the authorities.
