I have had an Active campaign account for 4 + years, my company I was promoting didn't work. I decided to downgrade the account two years ago as I might want to revisit this company and change things. The customer support was awful, every time I needed it during these 4 years. Then finally, when I decided to cancel altogether, I could not due to not having the email address associated with it. I was clearly blocked from accessing my account for weeks with customer services giving me NO solutions to accessing my account again. There were 19 emails over 17 days (they took days to answer my replies) with no resolution, DO NOT use this company if you want a hassle-free experience.
