This tool is top of the line in the market, especially for small businesses. I've tried plenty of others. It has everything an online business might need when it comes to email marketing, lots of guidance and useful resources and a great support team that regularly reaches out. I loved that, although I never took them up on their offer to schedule a live call.Great tagging, segmentation and automation options, plus integration with every other tool I use.It gets a bit expensive when you start growing. Also, quite a learning curve but when you get the ropes, it gets easier. I personally don't use most of the features available but I may some day :)What I love most is that this tool is reliable, I've been with them for over 3 years and never had an issue, so yeah, happy customer here.
