I’ve had nothing but trouble with the sizing—what they send doesn’t match at all, and the shoe sizes seem all over the place. I usually fit between 8.5 and 10 US, so it’s frustrating. On top of that, promo codes never seem to work, and when I reach out to customer service, I just get passed around with no real help. Meanwhile, Nike nails it with their easy returns and a website that actually makes sense. Honestly, bit by bit, I’m starting to lose trust in Adidas.
