Horrific Customer Support. Issues on a payment hold after cancelling the order. The agent didn't have a clue and was just trying to be unhelpful. They kept saying refund when it was a payment hold. The support is not fit for service. Still have £105 missing. AVOID!!!!Asked for this to be escalated to a supervisor who knew what they were talking about but still nothing from them after two days. This is why I have now placed 3 orders through Nike! All arrived within 24 hours, no issue at all. 7 days + and still no resolution! Appaling.
