absolute worst of the DTC retailers out there, they will charge you for your purchase and "print a label" but no follow up at all regarding whether or not your purchase actually gets packed and shipped, so you spend weeks and months tracking it down only to be told over and over again "too bad, nothing we can do". They've made shipping commitments for the holidays that they don't follow, so don't be fooled. I've had to work with my cc provider for chargebacks, buyer beware!!
