I ordered a new football for my son that was supposed to be delivered on May 7th. It’s now May 17th, and we still haven’t received it. I contacted Adidas via WhatsApp messenger, but all they did was provide the tracking information I already had. When I tried to raise the issue with Royal Mail, their tracking system said there was a problem and to try again later. So, Adidas has my money, my son has no football, and they seem to have washed their hands of the situation.
