I placed the order of 7 items. Two of the items was returned by me due to the incorrect sizing website guide and one of the items had defects. I returned this items that was confirmed by the company. More than a month has passed, but adidas still has not returned my money for two items. The support service ignores all my requests to return the money and not to explain the reasons. In fact, adidas appropriated the client's money! BE CAREFUL, this is not the only case, judging by customer reviews. The company does not care about its reputation and deceives customers.
