With each claim I’ve had ordering from adidas directly throughout the years I’ve hardly ever been met with such a rude and unhelpful attitude from a customer support anywhere else. Unfortunately, they seem to be able to afford it. Horrible experience. Quality declining, prices increasing. Shame on you adidas!
