I ordered two pairs of the same shorts XL XXL to make sure I got a pair that fitted they were in the sale at £26.10 each when they arrived the XXL ones were in there original packaging and sealed the XL pair there was no packaging but labels still attached the XL pair fitted me but on the tags there was a red sticker so upon lifting the sticker it had a price of £12 and outlet printed on it obviously they had been picked from one of adidas outlet stores but when I rang with my concerns about paying £26.10 for shorts that they’d had on display at £12 I got told to send photos of the labels to a WhatsApp number which I did explaining my thoughts and disapproval of what had happened I heard nothing until the next day when I had already created a return online and the agent was saying could I elaborate more so I responded again saying the shorts were from your outlet store at £12 and you want to charge me £26.10 today I have received a WhatsApp message saying my case is closed because I didn’t respond that’s nonsense terrible customer service and I won’t be shopping with them again ! Just waiting for my £52.20 refund now !😡
