It's no wonder ratings are so low.Ha e been trying g to order some trainers both using an email 15% off "gift" from Adidas, and whrn that didnt work, my adiclub points converted to 15% discount. Ever time I just get a message sati g code is invalid which is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Tried the chat function and you can't chat unless you have an order reference. It's an order I am trying g to place so why the restriction and nit the option of a general chat feature to help customers. Terrible service, no reply to any emails either. I am loyal to Adidas brand and wont havr any other trainers, so it saddens me to say avoid if you can!
