when you try to contact support - you go through the computer firewall and answer bunch of questions. Then they connect you with a human firewall who asks you the same questions and the reason for calling. then they transfer you to a disconnected phone line. so you call back and the girl is aggravated with you because she keeps on asking the same questions and you are annoyed. So she hangs up. you call again and go through the hoops and the recording says - there is no live support available... So you schedule a call with client support and they don't show up to google meet they set...
