Google ads is good only when things go smoothly. when things go south like when your account automatically suspended. Contacting them is very challenging and take a very long time to even get an answer (nearly a month).Most of google's customer support team and reviewers (for example, for google merchant) seem to be based in India (based on my tracking when site was reviewed on google merchant). Yet, the lack of support and very long lead time could only mean that google is not investing in them even though the personal is cheaper there despite making billions each year and stock valuation continue to soar. Very admirable, Google.
