Does anyone know who we can contact to report Google Ads? (some government agency FTC or CFPB, etc)I completely regret signing up! After I fixed one mess, due to misunderstanding and several unsuccessful attempts of contacting a human... Which good luck. I had to lie and say I was going to spend $1000 of dollars a month on ads! So I finally get through I have a complete walkthrough of what I was signing up for. The agent convinced me to Unpause my campaign even though I was closing out the "smart campaign" which is nothing more than a WIDE fishers net to generate more business for Google. It's funny how I can't leave a Google Ads review... So I Unpause the useless campaign, but can't launch my new customized campaign until I have my Onboarding call which was 10 days away! In the meantime the smart campaign is running and I'm being charged for worthless pay per click that supplies nothing and trash contacts! In 1 day it charges $12.01. that's $360.30 a month for Nothing in return! Beware! There isn't ANY phone support for Billing questions. But you can reach a person if you're ready to spend money and the in agreement Google ads can make changes in design and budget without your knowledge. If don't agree with the changes you're allowed to revert back but only after you catch it, which is After you've been billed and Drafted and there isn't any refund because you have to give 30 days notice.
