I can't even get our business of 10 years verified with them. Our office manager has been unsuccessful for weeks now, so as the co-owner, I took over the reigns to see if I could get somewhere. Like all the other reviews here, customer service has no competence whatsoever to actually help. They simply insist on "escalating" to their support team, where I get the message that they are unable to help bc of the safety of their staff due to COVID 19. What?!! This is Oct '22. I haven't even heard that word in many months now, let alone a business still using it as an excuse to close entire departments. If a company the size of Google is shutting down entire depts, and cannot get me setup to TAKE my money, then our economy is truly screwed!
