I have a medical condition so I had to book a place with a pool. There was not a pool I was allowed to use so it was falsely advertised. I paid more for this apartment just to use the pool. Since I’ve returned I have raised my concern but no one responds. I think Agoda should be accountable for getting me a refund from the owner of the apartment for falsely advertising if it wasn’t their fault and they were given the wrong information. I won’t be using Agoda again if they cannot bother to look into this and respond.
