I am extremely disappointed with Agoda’s handling of my booking (ID: 528762863) for B&B Hotel Budapest City. Despite having a confirmed reservation for May 11–15, 2025, I am being asked to cancel due to a technical error on Agoda's end. This is unacceptable!I have made this booking months in advance, and I will not accept cancellation through no fault of my own. I demand that Agoda provide alternative accommodation or resolve this issue immediately.Please do the right thing and take responsibility for your system error agoda.
