This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a booking platform.Agoda double booked my room (Booking ID: 1894231083) at Saravoan Royal Palace, charged me twice, and then — unbelievably — marked me as a no-show, even though I was physically staying in the hotel the entire time.I’ve now received a notification that I’ve been charged a no-show fee for a booking I clearly used — you couldn’t make this up.To make it worse, Agoda support has been completely unhelpful. I submitted the booking confirmation, credit card statement, screenshots — and instead of taking any action, they just kept sending the same boilerplate request for information I’d already given them multiple times.This is either gross incompetence or a system designed to dodge responsibility. Either way, I will never book through Agoda again. Avoid them if you value your time, money, or sanity.
