I booked a hotel at busan, South Korea with Agoda. The booking was confirmed and I got an email and my credit card was charged. Few hours later they sent an email saying the booking was completely cancelled. We were close to arriving to Busan so i immediately booked again through Agoda at the same hotel. But some how, the previous booking that they cancelled, wasn’t cancelled and I got charged twice. When I reached out to them, they would refund me even though it’s their fault for automatically cancelling and re booking without any clear details. Don’t book with Agoda, their customer service is horrible and they scam people for money!
