Agoda cancelled part of my booking without my request — and refused to help.I booked a 4-night stay through Agoda, and after confirming the reservation, their system automatically cancelled the first night. I never requested this cancellation. Despite acknowledging it was a system error, Agoda told me to contact my bank and refused to issue a refund or offer any support.I made multiple international calls and provided all the necessary information, yet Agoda still refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience with no accountability.
