I used to go to.com once and only once. I will never use them again. Read their stupid cancellation policies with a fine tooth comb and even if you do and follow what they say even if you have to cancel way before your trip is likely you won’t be able to. This place is a scam. They’re highly unreliable and they do not give a crap about me or you. I would never use them again ever I wouldn’t have my worst enemy. Use them. They are that bad. They are based in Thailand and do not speak English well and definitely don’t care about their customers
