Activity booked and cancelled same day. I cancelled my activity 5 days prior to going on the activity and Agoda claim to need to do "an internal investigation" which will take 3-5 business days. Note that there was free cancellation for the activity 25hrs prior. Their customer service email is automated. No one does anything to confirm the cancellation and they couldn't care less about resolving the matter. Money lost for an activity cancelled same day as booking... 5 days prior to activity! These people are scammers!!! Stay away from Agoda!!
