Beware of your booking!! I clicked to book one hotel to extend my stay and it gave me one nearby, so I called and told them. had to battle for 2 hours and all they would tell me was that their internal team would look into it and email me in 24-48 hours. WHAT?? It's midnight and I am going to get thrown out of the hotel I am staying in at 11am. They have no way of reaching their "internal team", failed to reach anyone at the correct hotel or the error hotel. I have nowhere to go in a few hours. I had $124 in my account and they took $120. I'm in the hotels to relocate and used the last of my money while looking for a place after moving for a job. I have no idea what I am going to do or where I'm going to go in a few hours with everything I own in a city where I don't know anyone. I'm having to call emergency assistance in Florida trying to get help ASAP after the tax refunds were delayed. I explained everything to them and said just put a credit on their site so I can fix the issue and rebook it myself and they refused. After the 2 hours of battling for help they put me on hold and then hung up. We need lawmakers to keep these overseas call centers from taking our last dollar and putting women on the street when the next 24 hours could have bought me the time I needed to work something out with my family or my new employer in a situation they could absolutely resolve but refuse to. This is against all payment processing policies when service isn't rendered and I hope Visa and MasterCard pull their ability to take our money and hold it hostage until your bank can get your money back. Terrible people.
