Would love to give them a zero star if I could. Recent incident was issue with cancellation which left me wondering if they are just a total scam. Booked hotel on 27th for 30th and cancelled on the 27th itself as they said on the app free cancellation before 28th. Then they refunded me $3 out of $71 because it was their policy as it was less than 3 days. After much heated communication with them, they said would contact the hotel. For 3 days they could not contact them so then I tried and the staff was puzzled why Agoda could not reach them since they were contactable. Even the staff said cancelling on 27th was considered 4 days. I then told Agoda and guess what? They went back to the story of cancellation policy of 3 days and would not refund a single cent.This was not even the first time I had issues. Recalling the same frustration in 2019 when I was left with no hotel booking because they made a mistake and told me they refunded me and I had to find my own hotel while I was already there. Horrible experiences
