1 star is not good enough! I made a booking. It seemed really nice and reasonable priced. It said non-refundable, that should have been the first red flag. But I figure, lock in a reasonable price- ok, no problem. When I show up, I had issues checking in and I am seeing a swarm of men. I feel uncomfortable but realize, it’s an apartment building. Eventually get to the unit, it’s one apartment split into multiple rooms which Agoda did not indicate in writing, like a hostel! I have an issue with this set up so I ask for a manager. I’m not comfortable staying here not even for one night! After seeing the lack of cleanliness and cockroach. I’m absolutely out!The “manager” eventually agrees to assist me with a refund the next day. Now I am calling and they are offering AED 42.79 and I paid AED855.47. Where in the world does that even make sense? Where are corporate entities taking advantage of people like this and it is being permitted? Whoever is in charge at this company and support these unethical business practices, you MUST correct these wrongs!!!I am demanding a full refund!
