On a trip as a couple we arrived at a hotel and checked if there was a room available, they told us at the reception that there was but we had to book through Booking or Aguda We made a reservation through Aguda and minutes later we found out that we made a mistake in the dates we immediately tried to cancel through the app which we were unable to do because Aguda does not cancel immediately and we have to wait for their check And so we made a new reservation with the same dates that we made only without a mistake this time for the same hotel. At the reception they told us that they saw our mistake and they accept the mistake And as far as they are concerned, the reservation we made a mistake with was canceled and they received the current reservation. We tried to contact Aguda, which took us a lot of time because it is really difficult to get answers and answers. A matter of only 5 minutes, it's unbelievable how many pigs, even though we booked the same hotel with the same tags, they were not willing to cancel and give us a full refund see You have been warned, Aguda
