I booked the Palm Springs Tramway through them. Except they charged me for it and never sent me the tickets. Because I didn’t get confirmation of the tickets, they couldn’t refund me. But I was charged. So now I have to go through my credit card to dispute it. They are very scammy, despite seeming like a real booking service.
