Referred us to Disclaimer signs which abdicates their responsibility. What a Disgrace and shame on the Hotel. How can a guest be robbed from. Inside the confines of a hotel and the Hotel takes no responsibility. Absolute disgrace.They refused to phone the Police and merely gave us directions to the Police. Had to travel 622km from Barcelona to Madrid to obtain emergency passport from our embassy at a huge cost to the family. Again the Hotel took no responsibility to offer any assistance. WHAT A DISGRACE.PLEASE TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO A HOTEL WHERE YOUR FAMILY WILL BE SAFE. YOU. AND YOUR FAMILY WILL NOT BE SAFE HERE.
