⚠️ WARNING: SCAM EXPERIENCE WITH “CREATFUN” / GUANGZHOU LOTTO AMUSEMENT EQUIPMENT CO., LTD.I am sharing this to warn other businesses about our deeply disappointing and fraudulent experience with a Chinese supplier operating under the Alibaba store name Creatfun, legally known as Guangzhou Lotto Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd.In October 2024, our company, Pankour Vending LLC (USA), placed a prepaid order worth $19,414 USD for several Keymaster arcade machines. The trade term was EXW (Ex Works), meaning the supplier was only responsible for making the goods available for pickup.We paid the full amount via bank transfer in early November 2024. Since then, over a six-month period, we have experienced nothing but delays, false promises, and deception. Here's the timeline:November 2024: The supplier blamed a freight forwarder issue.December 2024: They cited production delays.January 2025: After filing an Alibaba dispute, they promised to arrange shipping—but nothing happened.February 2025: They claimed delays due to Chinese New Year.March 2025: Excuses shifted to “logistics department delays.”April 2025: We requested a refund. A representative (Ms. Connie) agreed in writing—then claimed their bank account was “blocked” and stopped responding.Despite repeated requests, the supplier never provided:A confirmed pickup dateA bill of ladingProof that goods were ever produced or ready for pickupThey also manipulated Alibaba’s dispute process by stalling with fake updates, causing both disputes to close without resolution.❗ Final Result:No goods deliveredNo refund issuedNo evidence of production or readiness for pickupSix months of deception and empty promisesThis is not just a delay—this is clear non-delivery and financial misconduct, potentially rising to commercial fraud.We urge Alibaba and other trading platforms to take serious action against this supplier, and we strongly advise other buyers to avoid doing business with Creatfun / Guangzhou Lotto Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. at all costs.If you’re a victim of a similar scam, feel free to connect—we’re exploring options for legal action and collective reporting.
