I placed an order (#229749199001026333) on November 4, 2024, and I have now been waiting for over four months. Alibaba keeps telling me the same thing—that the package is on its way—but the tracking status hasn't updated in two months. I have already contacted Belgian customs, and they confirmed that a package cannot remain stuck for this long, meaning there is clearly an issue.I have requested a full refund from Alibaba at least ten times, but they keep refusing, telling me to be patient. I can no longer accept this situation and want to warn everyone to be cautious when ordering from Alibaba, as there is a high risk of never receiving your order and having your money tied up for an extended period.
