I ordered 6 lip balms from AliExpress, but I received an empty and damaged envelope. It was impossible for the items to be in that flat package. I submitted clear evidence including photos and review screenshots from others, but AliExpress rejected my claim after three disputes, even with escalation.The customer service only repeated generic instructions. Be very careful using this platform — they do not protect buyers properly.___________Update:7/2/2025I opened a 4th dispute after my previous reviews, but again, AliExpress asked me to provide a "weight certificate" from the shipping company — something that simply does not exist in . I had already submitted a screenshot of the email from Yamato Transport, clearly stating that such documents are not issued in Japan. However, further evidence was requested.They continue to ignore the physical impossibility of the product fitting in the envelope I received. At this point, it feels like their system is designed to protect sellers over buyers. Extremely disappointing.
